Packaging & Delivery of Handmade Cards
💌 Each card comes with a matching envelope and is blank on the inside (unless you suggested otherwise when ordering a custom made card). The card and envelope is placed inside a protective plastic envelope before being delivered.
🕒 For ready made cards please allow up to one week for delivery and up to two weeks for custom made cards. So much love goes into making these cards that it is not unusual for me to spend 3hrs making one!! That's why allowing time for me to make a customised card will take a little longer for it to get delivered.
🏠 All cards will be sent out to you and not the recipient.
🛒 Prices include postage and delivery fees. Currently only delivering Australia-wide. However please contact me if your are an International customer and are interested in purchasing my cards.
💰 All handmade cards and bookmarks are to be purchased using Paypal. You can still purchase even if don't have a Paypal account. If you prefer other payment methods then please contact me. There are nil refunds.
Packaging and Delivery of Children's Book
📦 Every order is carefully packed with love and care to ensure your book arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Books are sent in Australia Post cardboard satchels. I will always prioritise making sure your book arrives in beautiful shape — just as intended.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email or text with tracking details, so you can keep an eye on its journey to you.
🕒 Shipping Timeframes:
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days of purchase. Please allow standard delivery times via Australia Post, which may vary depending on your location.
🌍 International Shipping:
If you're outside Australia and would love a copy of the book, I'd love to get it to you! Please contact me to arrange international shipping options and costs.

🔁 Returns:
Each book is carefully packed with love and attention — but if your order arrives damaged, I’ll do my best to make it right.
If your book has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. I kindly ask that you include a photo of the damage so I can organise a replacement or refund.
As a small business, I'm unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind purchases, so please choose carefully before placing your order.
